One yearly price

Registered agent service in Oklahoma: $99/year. It renews automatically each year at $99 unless you turn off auto-renewal or cancel in your online account.

State fees are shown separately from our fee. We collect them with your order and pay them to the state at cost when we file.

What isn't included

• A virtual mailbox or mail forwarding. Everyday business mail is charged per piece to view, legal letters beyond the 3 a year are charged per piece, junk mail is discarded and packages are refused.
• Filing your annual report. That is a separate service with its own fee plus the state's fee.
• State filing fees of any kind.
• Forming the company, or any amendment or reinstatement filing.

A note on mail and privacy: as your registered agent we take in service of process and official Oklahoma correspondence for you, and our address can go on your public filings so your own never appears. We are not a mail-forwarding service, though. Court papers are scanned free the day they arrive, other documents run $15 each to scan, and postage is charged only when you want the paper copy forwarded.

Change of registered agent to us: $0 our fee + $26 Oklahoma filing fee = $26. The registered agent service itself is $99/year.

1. Select a new registered agent who satisfies Oklahoma's rules. Under 18 O.S. § 2010, the agent can be an individual who resides in Oklahoma, a domestic or qualified foreign corporation, LLC, or limited partnership, or even the LLC itself. The agent needs a street address in the state; a PO box will not work.
2. Complete Form 0075. The form covers your entity information along with the incoming agent's name and registered office address. It can also update your principal office in the same filing.
3. File it with the Oklahoma Secretary of State and pay the $25 fee. Send the paper form or use the state's online filing option.
4. Confirm the update in state records. The Secretary of State's business database typically reflects the new agent within a few business days. Verify it before you rely on the change.

In the Secretary of State's official organizing procedures, which cite Title 18, Section 2010, the agent "must be the domestic limited liability company itself, an individual resident of this state, or a domestic or qualified foreign corporation, limited liability company or limited partnership." Policies

Registered agent service renews automatically for another year on each renewal date, unless you turn off auto-renewal or cancel in your online account, or give written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date. Renewal reminders go out about 60 days ahead.

You can cancel at any time from your online account or by contacting support. Cancelling does not by itself remove us as registered agent on the state record; a change of registered agent or resignation filing does that.

Anything already filed with the government is not refundable. Registered agent fees are not refundable once we or our partner have been appointed with the state. State fees are not refundable once paid to the state.
